In less than six weeks, your home – both inside and outside — will be transformed with more space, greater function, and an updated appearance.  A Renewborhood conversion is a customized partial or full second floor addition that is modularly built off-site at P.M. MacKay’s plant in Nashua.  Once constructed, the module is transported to your location and placed perfectly on top of your existing base structure.  Secured and reinforced into position, the new two-story structure features a front roof system and new vinyl siding for a polished, welcoming look.   

There are currently five different Renewborhood models that will meet your family’s specific needs and budget.  Depending on your model selection and the scope of your overall project, temporary living accommodations may be provided for your family during the transition as part of the construction package.  Known as a full-service provider, the P.M. MacKay Group offers competitive financing and backs its quality workmanship with a full one-year warranty.  Of course, materials warranties from manufacturers apply as well.
